Provide accurate, legible, complete documentsConfirm the purpose of the translation (e.g., court use, regulatory submission, corporate compliance)Inform us of any formatting, certification, or jurisdiction-specific requirementsEnsure that the use of the translation complies with local laws and regulationsStandard delivery is via email in PDF format.Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on document complexity.Urgent requests may incur additional fees.Where certification, notarisation, or legalisation is requested:
We will confirm the correct level of certification requiredThird-party fees (notary, solicitor, FCDO, embassy) are charged separatelyWe are not responsible for delays caused by third-party authoritiesTranslations are carried out with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals.We do not provide legal adviceWe are not liable for decisions made based on translated content.Clients must review the translation promptly and notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery.Minor corrections arising from translator error are included.Changes due to client preference, updated documents, or additional requirements may incur extra charges.Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.For new clients, payment may be required upfront.Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.All documents are treated as strictly confidential.Files are stored securely and shared only with authorised translators or service providers.Copyright in the original documents remains with the client.Copyright in the translation remains with us until full payment is received.We are not liable for:
