Quotes & Orders
Quotes are based on the document(s) provided and the requirements stated at the time of enquiry.
Quotes may change if the final documents differ from those initially supplied.
We reserve the right to decline any project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate, legible, complete documents
Confirm the purpose of the translation (e.g., court use, regulatory submission, corporate compliance)
Inform us of any formatting, certification, or jurisdiction-specific requirements
Ensure that the use of the translation complies with local laws and regulations
Delivery
Standard delivery is via email in PDF format.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on document complexity.
Urgent requests may incur additional fees.
Certification, Notarisation & Legalisation
Where certification, notarisation, or legalisation is requested:
We will confirm the correct level of certification required
Third-party fees (notary, solicitor, FCDO, embassy) are charged separately
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party authorities
Accuracy & Limitations
Translations are carried out with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals.
We do not provide legal advice
We are not liable for decisions made based on translated content.
Clients must review the translation promptly and notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery.
Revisions
Minor corrections arising from translator error are included.
Changes due to client preference, updated documents, or additional requirements may incur extra charges.
Fees & Payment
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
For new clients, payment may be required upfront.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Confidentiality
All documents are treated as strictly confidential.
Files are stored securely and shared only with authorised translators or service providers.
Intellectual Property
Copyright in the original documents remains with the client.
Copyright in the translation remains with us until full payment is received.
Liability
We are not liable for:
Losses arising from the use of the translation
Delays caused by third parties
Indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
